Delete Your Account from Our Platform

1. Log in to your account at app.getmetrion.com/login.
2. Navigate to Settings > Account.
3. Click "Delete My Account" and confirm your request.
4. Your data will be permanently deleted within 10 days.

Delete Data from Facebook (Meta) Integration
If you only want to remove the Meta integration without deleting your Metrion account:

1. Go to your personal Facebook App Settings (Facebook Apps & Websites)
2. Find Metrion in the list of connected apps.
3. Click Remove and choose the option to delete all associated data.

Manual Deletion Request
If you have lost access to your account and cannot complete the steps above, please email us at development@getmetrion.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request."
We will manually verify your identity and delete your account and associated Meta data within 10 days.
